At KIKI THE BRAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the package is scanned to activate tracking for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
